Yes. Your file is processed on a secure server and deleted immediately. We have no database and store nothing. The anonymized version is deleted after you download it or after 30 minutes, whichever comes first.

For spreadsheets, we analyze the patterns and relationships in your data, then generate synthetic values that maintain those same patterns. For documents and text files, we scan for personal information and replace it with realistic fake alternatives.

Yes. You can anonymize files up to 10 MB, up to 10 files per hour, with no account or credit card required. A Pro tier with larger limits and batch processing is coming soon.

We designed the tool with GDPR principles in mind: we only process what you upload, we use your files only for anonymization, and we delete everything immediately. That said, you are responsible for making sure your use of the anonymized data meets your own legal requirements.
